Will my item look like the picture on your website?
For the most part, yes.  The majority of the time, your item will look like the picture and written description on the website. Because of the materials we use – including hand-dyed woods, semiprecious stones and gold-filled/plated findings (the clasps, earwires, chains, and other silver components that hold your jewelry together) – along with the natural state of our materials, sometimes the photo online can vary slightly from the stones used in your jewelry design.  Small variances and inclusions found in semi-precious stones help to enhance the beauty of the design, and shapes and colors may slightly vary due to their natural state. We have tried as hard as possible to provide you with an accurate representation of the jewelry on www.iraminal.com; however, you should note that colors may vary depending upon the type of computer monitor you use. We cannot provide a guarantee that the colors on your monitor will be an exact match with the actual design. It will, however, never be modified to the extent that there is a material misrepresentation of the design online, versus what arrives at your door.

Damaged and Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item from iram-inal designs, we are more than happy to repair that item for you, free of charge.  If you'd like your item repaired, contact

Quality Control
At iram-inal designs, we believe in providing you with a quality, handmade product. If you are not satisfied with your order for reasons of defectiveness, or if the product appears materially different than indicated on the website, we will send you a replacement of that product, free of shipping costs.

If the product did not appear as expected, please email us at sales@iraminal.com, indicating the difference in appearance of the item as shown on the website. Please remember that we are using natural materials in many of our designs, and they often vary in shape, color, and size. In the instance there is a defect, iram-inal designs will pay for the cost of the shipping to replace your item, free of charge to you.

In order to provide the quickest service, we process exchanges as 2 separate transactions. If you would like a different size, length, or style, return your original merchandise and place a new order. We will charge you for the new merchandise, or credit your card, as soon as we receive your return.


What is your Repair Policy?
Customer Care and Quality Control are very important to iram-inal designs.  Making a quality, long-lasting design is as important to us as each custom-made piece’s individual beauty. We will warranty and repair any custom-made piece that is defective, or is in need of repair, outside of normal wear-and-tear. For more on our Repair Policy, please click here.

Due to the delicate constitution of iram-inal jewelry and the materials we use, it is expected that some damage may occur during the life of the product. For damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, we are happy to repair the item, free of cost to you. In cases where a repair fee is necessary, we will notify you of such costs, and will make every effort to keep that cost as reasonable as possible.

Upon receipt of your repair, we will email a confirmation and inform you of any repair costs. We require 2-4 weeks to process all repairs. If a fee is involved, payment must be received before we can ship your item.

What if I Change My Mind About My Order?
We understand that sometimes, indecisiveness is a part of life, especially when purchasing beautiful jewelry designs! We try our very best to be accommodating to every customer who purchases our designs. In the event you do change your mind, send your requests/changes via email to sales@iraminal.com, with the subject line reading “Change in Order.” 

This email must be sent before your goods are packed and shipped. If your order has already been packed and is ready to be shipped, it can also be changed, but may extend the time to ship your item.  We will be as flexible with you as possible. Please note that once your order has been packed and shipping, it cannot be recalled or changed.


How long until my order arrives at my home?
As all of our pieces are custom-made, occasionally we will sell out of items we have available in our studio, and must hand-make your jewelry selection. You will receive your order confirmation within a 72 hour period, and should expect to your receive your shipping notification of your iram-inal jewelry within 10 business days of purchase. As always, you will be notified if there will be a delay in you receiving your item.  All of our orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) via Priority Mail, which takes 3-4 business days for delivery. All of the pieces at iram-inal designs are handmade, and due to the type and style of materials used in our jewelry, there is often a limited supply of some of our finished products. Due to the demand of certain items, iram-inal may have to create your design upon order. Orders that must be handmade will be ready for delivery within 10 business days of the order. You will be notified via email if we must hand-make your product . After the order is complete, your order will be shipped by the next business day. We will notify you once your item is shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

If the pieces you order are available in our studio, they will be processed and ready for mailing within 24 hours after being electronically received through our payment merchant system.  Most ready orders will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase. If there is a backorder, or particular issue with the status of the payment, and we are unable to ship your package within 10 business days of receiving payment, we will contact you via email to provide you with the estimated shipping date.

Through our online merchant system, orders are processed the next Business Day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). If you are not paying via PayPal, all credit card authorizations must be given at least one business day to be verified and authorized via the system.

Our preferred method of shipment is through the United States Postal Service, via Priority Mail. Once shipped, we will email you the shipment date, time, and a tracking number of the shipment. Orders shipped via Priority Mail should arrive within 2-4 business days, depending upon your proximity to Atlanta, GA. If you require your shipment to be processed more expediently, please email us this request at sales@iraminal.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

At checkout, you will be notified of the shipping costs associated with your purchase. Please note that we will always combine the shipping rates for multiple items ordered within the same purchase. We will send you a new invoice, via email, with the recalculated shipping costs.


How is my Shipping amount calculated?
Most Orders: $6.00 for shipping and handling costs - Shipped USPS Priority Mail
For insurance, please add $2.30 if purchase is under $100.00; $3.30 for any purchases over $100.00.

Shipping to Canada and Overseas
We happily ship to Canada via USPS or Federal Express. However, due to the high susceptibility of the internet to fraudulent overseas orders, all orders for delivery outside North America must be pre-approved, and we reserve the right to refuse any international order. Please note that the rates quoted online are for shipping in the United States, only. For any shipments outside the U.S., we will provide you with a shipping quote in the email receipt of your order. As well, customs and VAT are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please send an email to sales@iraminal.com, subject line “International Delivery,” stating the following:

Item Name/Number
- Quantity of item
- Country where item will be delivered (full address for accurate shipping quote)

Once that information is received, we will email you the estimated total cost of the order, along with the expected date of delivery.


Why do I have to fill out so much information to place an order?
Online fraud is rampant today, for both the seller and the buyer of online materials. iram-inal strives to protect our clients from fraud to the best of our ability. The information you provide insures your good credit stays with you. Please remember your credit card information is never stored on our site, and all information you enter during the order process is transmitted using the highly acclaimed and safe merchant server through PayPal.


Am I able to check on the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you the shipment date, time, and a tracking number of the shipment. Orders shipped via Priority Mail should arrive within 2-4 business days, depending upon your proximity to Atlanta, GA. iram-inal designs has a merchant agreement with PayPal, industry leader of online merchant accounts. PayPal fully encrypts your credit card and personal information through an industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL ensures that your order information is safe and secure.


Do you charge tax on my order?
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax of 8.0% on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Georgia. Orders shipped outside Georgia are not subject to sales tax.


Do you notify me once my package has shipped?
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

· Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.

· Backorder Notice. This e-mail informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. Your credit card is charged when the item is shipped. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail with your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.

· Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order has shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location. · Important notice about your order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: Difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order. Should you receive a notice like this, please email us at sales@iraminal.com immediately so the problem can be addressed.


Am I able to place an order via telephone?
Although our preferred method of processing orders is via the internet, we believe it is important to be accommodating to all customer needs. If you’d prefer to place your order via fax or telephone, please fax, or leave a voicemail message of your order to 1-866-678-3612. Include your name, address, item numbers/descriptions, shipping address, and credit card/debit card number. For additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@iraminal.com


How should I ship my return?
1. All Returns must be made within 15 days after receipt of the product. WE ASK THAT YOU INFORM US IMMEDIATELY VIA EMAIL IF YOU INTEND TO RETURN THE ITEM. PLEASE WRITE "RETURN" IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR EMAIL.

2. Repack the item, securely, in the original package, when possible.

3. Enclose a copy of the invoice we sent to you.

4. If you do not have the invoice, please enclose information on the order number, billing name, and address with the item.

5. All products must be unused, undamaged, and in an unaltered state to ensure full
refund. iram-inal designs reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with said policy.

6. All return charges must be prepaid by the shipper. We cannot and will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

If I request a refund, how do you process the return?
You will receive a refund in the same method of payment you used to purchase your iram-inal merchandise. We will email you confirmation of the return once we’ve processed your returned item.
