iram-inal designs.
For your
convenience and shopping satisfaction, we employ
a 30 DAY, MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FOR ALL ITEMS
FROM THE POINT OF PURCHASE, and a LIFETIME
GUARANTEE AND REPAIR POLICY FOR ALL ITEMS.
If you are not satisfied with your handmade
design(s), please refer to the following
instructions for returning an item:
1.
If you find the design is
not to your liking, please notify us - via email

sales@iraminal.com,
with the Subject Line -

2.
All Returns must be made within 30 days after
receipt of the product.
3.
Repack the item, securely, in the original
package, when possible.
4.
Enclose the original invoice we sent to you.
5.
All products must be unused, undamaged, and in
an unaltered state to ensure full refund.
iram-inal designs reserves the right to refuse a
refund request if it does not comply with said
policy.
6.
All return charges must be prepaid by the
shipper. We cannot and will not accept C.O.D.
deliveries.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package
you're returning to ensure its safe arrival to
our address.
9.
You may expect a refund in the same form of
payment originally used within 30 days of
receiving your returned product. Most returns
will be processed immediately upon safely
receiving the product in its original condition.
10.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
You will be refunded your shipping costs, only
if the return is a result of a shipping error on
the part of iram-inal designs.
Damaged and Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item from iram-inal
designs, please follow the Return Policy above.
You will receive an email notification when your
return has been processed and have been issued a
credit to your original form of payment.
